Cornita Pinchinat brings a background in technology, operations, and entrepreneurship, with a career focused on building structured, results-driven organizations. She began her professional journey in public broadcasting before transitioning into private enterprise, where she founded and scaled a nationally serving credit solutions company and currently serves as Managing Director.

With a strong foundation in systems thinking, process design, and disciplined execution, Cornita applies a technology-driven approach to business operations, real estate development, and asset management through QuinnCorp Services LLC. Her leadership style emphasizes accountability, efficiency, and long-term value creation.  Outside of her professional work, she enjoys travel, hiking, spending time with her son, and exploring emerging technologies.

 

Laquinta Lewis

Laquinta Lewis Has a background in Accounting and Finance. She has over 25 plus years of Accounting experience, however, she is in her current position as Senior Accountant, for a School system, for over 15 ½ years.  In her spare time, you will find her a Zumba or Soca class.  She loves to motivate people to stay the course of this healthy journey called life and started an online Facebook group for accountability.   She enjoys travel, exercising, socializing with her friends, and loves the beach.  She loves her family and godchildren.  Her love for the property was by chance when she had to take on the role of a property manager when her parents passed.  Now her quest is to align with her business partner, Cornita Tutt-Pinchinat, to invest in single-family homes, and eventually go into commercial, and project development. 

 

 

 

 

 

Carmen Smith
Project Manager

Carmen M. Smith is a Project Manager with QuinnCorp Services, LLC, where she has served
since October 2025, specializing in both commercial and residential real estate. She brings
a strong foundation in commercial real estate development, having studied under Marcel Development LLC since October 2022, where she is also the Owner and CEO.

Ms. Smith is a graduate of the Riverside Center for Innovation (RCI) BizFit Construction
Cohort (2022–2023) and has completed advanced professional training through the Turner
School of Construction Management (2024), the Master Builders Association (2025), and
the Neighborhood Allies Real Estate Co-Powerment – Developer Series (Summer 2025).
Her professional strengths include project oversight, coordination with contractors, and
eƯective communication with prospective investors, ensuring projects are executed
eƯiciently and aligned with stakeholder objectives.  She remains actively engaged in professional development and industry trends, regularly attending seminars and conferences focused on the evolving real estate and construction landscape.
